1. 题目:Controllability and Optimal Control of Fractional Differential Equations

2. 摘要In applied mathematics and mathematical analysis, fractional derivative is a derivative of any arbitrary order, real or complex. Fractional calculus is an area having a long history whose infancy dates back to three hundred years. During the past two decades, fractional differential equations have been proved to be one of the most effective tools in the modeling of numerous fields of science, physics, engineering and so on. Since fractional differential equations efficiently describe many practical dynamical phenomena, they have attracted the attention of many researchers in the past years.

In this talk, I will first introduce the basic notions of fractional calculus, including several different definitions of fractional derivatives. Then I will focus on sufficient conditions which guarantee the controllability, approximate controllability and optimal control of fractional differential equations. In the last part of the talk, I will discuss the applications of fractional calculus.

5. 报告人简介

秦海勇,男,1986年生,讲师,中国石油大学(北京)控制理论与控制工程专业工学博士,山东大学博士后,齐鲁师范学院校级重点学科(数学)方向带头人。中国数学会会员,中国工业与应用数学会会员。发表SCIEI检索学术论文10余篇,担任国内外20余种学术期刊、学术会议审稿人。目前,主持山东省自然科学基金1项、山东省高校科技计划项目1项、校级基金2项,校级博士基金1项,参与其他各类科研基金项目3项。指导校级大学生科研基金2项,与所指导的大学生联合发表学术论文2篇。指导2016年大学生数学建模竞赛获国家级二等奖1项,山东省省级三等奖1项。获2017年齐鲁师范学院科研成果转化为教学资源专项奖二等奖1项,主持教育教学类科研基金《基于工业控制与优化特色科研团队的应用型数学人才培养研究》1项。积极开展分数阶微分方程控制理论,非线性泛函分析,工业控制理论及应用研究。
